Sacred Sites Update--20 Years for The Peacemaker's Sanctuary

It was twenty years ago, the Friday after Thanksgiving (November 29, 2002), that twenty-five to thirty of us gathered to consecreate the Peacemaker's Sanctuary on Onondaga Lake. it was a cold and snowy day. Fortunately the wind and snow subsided by the time we held our ceremony.

A lot has happened since then. Many of us have had epiphanies, found resolutions to our dilemmas, found peace, gotten insights as well as answers to our questions, had mystical experiences and more at this holy place. Being blissed out has always been a given when you are there.

We have held numerous ceremonies, group meditations, beared witness to tragedies. Gathered for healings. And just gathered to be.

It truly has been a wonderful refuge and communal space for some of us. I hope that our numbers continue to grow and it becomes the community resource I envisioned twenty years ago; a sanctuary to come to in a time of need, a place to go to seeking answers, or seeking healing. A sanctuary, as well as a place of joy.

My Visit Today

I went to the Peacemaker's Sanctuary today. It was cold and rainy day. The water level of the lake was average, although water was running quite briskly in the overrun stream.

More importantly I found, the vibe was still very positive to extremely positive. The four Energy Vortices were still intact, as well as numerous blind springs and Geospirals (the equivalent of Energy Vortex, only it is in the Earth below). SWEET!. Very Nice.

This truly is the holiest place in the world--given the Fields of Consciousness, the number of Energy Vortices and Geospirals, and that Vibe, Oh, that Vibe. Incredible.

As Keeper I am finding the the places I watch over are being decimated by electropollution that is snuffing out the vibe and Energy Vortices of the places I take care of.

This is one to the few places left in the world where you can still experience Energy Vortices firsthand.

Clearcut. I did not pay much attention to the clearcutting in the past year of the reeds in the area of the far bench until today.Sadly, the vibe was not good. But that is to be expected. Anytime you clearcut a large swath of Nature with machinery it leaves a nasty vibe.
I spent some extra time creating a buffer area (positive loving vibe) between the far bench and the clearing. I will have to monitor this area so that it does not overwhelm the great vibe around the far bench.

So far so good with the wire Tim Hart attached to the bench and a nearby tree to prevent it from being swept away when the lake water rises. (See above picture).

People are beginning to take to heart the specialness of the Peacemaker's Sanctuary and honoring the space in their one unique ways. In the picture above, the far bench has a tree limb weighted down with stones of varying sizes. In the clearing next to it someone etched out an "X" with tree limbs and more...

The vibe had not decline since my last visit so I did not have to spend much timing uplifting the space, or the Energy Vortices.

Twenty years later and the Peacemaker's Sanctuary is stronger today than it was back then. The one thing that has changed is all the people that have been positively affected and moved by it, and the precious memories (imprints) of those experiences they have left behind--thereby enhancing the space and making it easier for those that follow to experience the same.

I encourage you to visit this incredible place and experience its wonder and thereby add to it.

Blessings,
madis

Too Many People--World Population Reaches 8 Million Today

According to the United Nation World Population Prospects 2022 world population reached 8 billion today. This is not a good thing, it means we will be putting more pressure on Mother Earth because there are more of us. Add overconsumption and it is not surprising we have an environmental crisis--more people consuming, polluting...

As challenging as it will be to feed, house and take care of everyone the larger concern is the inherent conflict/war continued population growth poses. According to many we are facing a food crisis because of war in Ukraine, a reduction farmland and more mouths to feed. The World Food Programme says we are facing hunger crisis of unprecedented proportions

How are we going to deal with continued population growth when the
Earth has lost a third of arable land in past 40 years, scientists ...https://www.theguardian.com › environment › dec › ar...and continues to lose arable land? How are we going to feed them all.

The World Wildlife Fund estimates 1.1 billion people around the world lack access to water. The drought in the America's west these past few years highlights our problem. How water shortages are brewing wars - BBC Futurehttps://www.bbc.com › future › article › 20210816-ho...

We already see the conflict that Climate Migration is causing around the world. America is being flooded with people crossing its southern border fleeing climate change in their home countries. This is creating internal conflict within America. Governors in southern states have begun packing people in buses and sending them north. While talking heads gin us up over the issue.

More people consuming more will create conflict.
