Chapel House on the Colgate Campus in Hamilton NY has reopened after completing summer renovations. It is a lovely spiritual sanctuary and retreat center with all sorts of amenities such as numerous sacred texts, a music room and a very sweet chapel. At $40 a night, including three meals a day it is a steal.
I first wrote up Chapel House in my listing of sacred sites years ago. It rests on a Field of Consciousness, has a very positive vibe and a vortex. It will be included on my upcoming book, Sacred Sites in North Star Country, Places in Greater NYS that Changed the World.
If you are looking for a place to chill out, spend some time reflecting and meditating then Chapel House is a great place to go; particularly given its only $40 a night including 3 meals.
