Large Manitou Stone At Gossamer Wood

I went to Gossamer Wood yesterday to mark the periphery of the grounds with yellow tape to further prevent hunters from trespassing. While walking the woods in the back I came across a really big Manitou Stone. It is covered with moss and has titled over. Manitou Stones, large flat stones, were originally placed upright in the earth.

Keepers Work At Gossamer Wood

We had a productive day at Gossamer Wood today with trail work and site improvement. The heavy rain the past weeks caused a runoff from the field on the north side. I used it as an opportunity to see where the water was coming from and dug a few drainage ditches on the Bright Moon Trail. The ditches still need some work. But the rain was a blessing because it gave us a chance to put in drainage ditches in preparation for spring floods next year. Thanks God.

New Benches Added

One of the things we learned from Open House 2 weeks ago was to have more places with benches for people to sit on. To that affect Bill built some benches which he and John located in several places. The benches have posts that needed to be buried in the ground.

 The entry way now has a bench.

The Spirit Keepers Circle

Kudo's to Helen that uprooted much of the scrabble in the Spirit Keepers Circle. All of the rain in recent weeks has made the earth soggy making pulling up small scrub root and all easier that way they don't have to be cut because there is nothing to grow back.

Helen did an incredible job as the picture shows. It looks so clean. Well Done! 

Spirit Keepers Circle at Gossamer Wood

If you have been to Gossamer Wood you have probably experienced the Spirit Keeper's Circle and its powerful Vortex. You may have also noticed the tops of several large stones that are flush with the ground within it. I finally got around to dowsing a few of them and they mark the intersection of Energy Lines.

The red dog leash marks an energy line connecting  two stones. As noted several other Energy Lines intersect at the stones as well.

I imagine that the stones are at least a foot, maybe several feet, high and that over the years debris has accumulated raising the earth around them. 

Interestingly I have been working that area hard when at Gossamer recently and have felt my subtle body inundated with energy more than consciousness. Odd since there are powerful Fields of Consciousness at the Spirit Keeper's Circle--especially at the Vortex. I had thought it was because of the cumulative sense of the people there when I was there--our Circle--especially after the Open House. now I think it was because of all the Energy work done in the Spirit Keepers Circle.

Interesting.

This all raises a question. Who built them?

I named this area after the Spirit Keeper's because the placing of a stone on the high point of a Field of Consciousness (stacked 12) and the vortex. But now I wonder. You would assume that the stones placed on Energy Lines were done by a subsequent culture. But was it?

Earth Magic -- Vortex Ring Forms in Spirit Keepers Circle

One of the gifts from our Open House on August 4th was the birth of a Vortex Ring--the precursor to the formation of an Energy Vortex.

I created  a circle of stones around it to help nurse it along.

If you visit Gossamer Wood make sure to pray/meditate around or in the Vortex Ring.

WOW. If 50-60 people spend a few hours meditating, experiencing and enjoying Gossamer Wood as was done during our Open House and it helps develop a Vortex Ring--What can we expect when Gossamer Wood becomes public and it is regularly full of pilgrims praying, meditating and healing?

I am so psyched.

Co-creating with Mother Earth/Sacred Sites Update--A Vortex has formed at Bliss, in Gossamer Wood

One of the more amazing experiences to observe as a geomancer and dowser is to watch the development of co-creations with Mother Earth such as Energy Vortices, Water Domes. etc...I say this because  an Energy  Vortex has formed in the first stone circle in the area we call Bliss at Gossamer Wood.

This is a joyous experience and part of the wonder of Gossamer Wood. What is going on at Gossamer provides you a unique window to watch Mother Earth and the input we (humankind) have upon Her first hand. For people interested in dowsing, geomancy, Earth Healing, Mother Earth this is an amazing opportunity. It is a tremendous school. 

So much love has been applied by the Earth Healers and Keepers involved with Gossamer Wood that all sorts of wonders are beginning to pop up. The overall vibe has improved a lot as well.

As geomancer it brings me great joy and holds me in awe. So much wonder. Amazing. Thanks Mother Earth.

Gossamer Wood Open House Was Awesome

Today's open house at Gossamer Wood was a huge success.  The write up in the Canandaigua Daily Messenger drew a lot people.  While not everyone was into Earth Energies, many were. It was a lovely gathering of many kindred spirits that love Mother Earth. If you have never been to a gathering of lovers of Mother Earth you should, as it is an incredible spiritual and loving event.

Kareen greeted people, collected donations, signed up people for our sign up sheet and handed out information literature.  While Bill and I gave people guided tours of the property.

Warm, friendly and hospitable.

Later after everyone was gone Peter and I walked the grounds. I was helping Peter with his ability to dowse for vibe; determine whether a space is positive, or negative. And then gauging  its relative positiveness, or negativeness. Critical work.

As we were leaving Peter suggested we should check out the Greeting Area. Wow. What an incredible vibe, very positive. Peter was spot on, much more positive than anything around it.

Kareen gets an A+ for the love and warmth she greeted people with. And people we receptive and psyched to walk the grounds and it showed. thanks Kareen.

The vibe for all of Gossamer Wood is humming. The love and passion everyone--Bill, Donna L, Kareen, John, Jamie, Janice, Peter, Tim, Brooke, Donna C, Mark....and others have applied in their endeavors has palpably enhanced the space. Amazing. Everyone visiting today added to that love.

You have probably heard of someone knitting shawl and praying ceaselessly while they did so. Or holding a prayer stone and praying for a loved one or someone in need for hours on end. Imagine if many people worked on a space they loved with passion and fervor and great joy no matter what they were doing. THAT'S GOSSAMER.

AND YOU CAN EXPERIENCE THAT LOVE FOR YOURSELF BY VISITING.

It's a Boy, No a Girl, No it's a Vortex Ring

Congrats to everyone that has worked on, fussed about, or meditated in the new Welcome Circle. A Vortex ring, a precursor to an Energy Vortex, or what I call a Natural Vortex has formed. A Vortex Ring is the final stage before a full blown Energy Vortex forms. Janice, Donna C. and I first built the Welcome Circle in November of 2016, Since then Bill, Donna L., Kareen, Jamie, John and Brooke have worked to spruce it up. Janice has spent a few hours meditating in it. One of our goals was to have a Natural Vortex form in it.

 I placed a circled of stones around the Vortex Ring to help nurse along and hasten the formation of an Energy Vortex.

 Kudo's to the Gossamer Keepers and Earth Healers. Thanks. This is what it is all about co-creating a new birth with our Mother.

 Bill has worked hard to clear the Spirit Keepers Circle. Since it is so huge and even though there are numerous meditative flat stones on the ground within it  I thought it would be nice to add a stone circle in the Spirit Keepers Circle.

A little elbow grease--clearing, meditating--has revealed a few larger flat stones in the ground in the Spirit Keepers' Circle..  Were these natural, or were they placed there thousands of years ago and earth has accumulated around them covering them up.

Spirit Keepers Energy Vortex Update--I first found this vortex in November of 2016 and it has a diameter of about 3-4 feet. Today it is easily 10 feet in diameter and is very potent. Look for the pink tape and a large stone between 2 trees within the Spirit Keeper's Circle.

Sacred Sites Update---Gossamer Wood

Yesterday I worked on the Spirit Keepers Circle at Gossamer Wood, www.gossamerwood.org . 

The grounds are looking marvelous. Well Done to everyone involved with trail work.

A Vortex Ring, a precursor to the formation of an Energy Vortex, has formed in the area of the Women's Circle.  It is directly above the spiral of the water dome in the ground--interesting. I created a temporary stone circle  to help nudge it along so that it will blossom into an Energy Vortex.

Sacred Site Update--Gossamer Wood

Several of us gathered at Gossamer Wood in Canandaigua, NY for Earth Healing and cleaning up and opening up the space this July 4th Wednesday. We are looking to raise money to buy it and turn it into a sacred preserve for all to enjoy. 

Since Bill Dewey sold his house in January we have had to put in new trails,  refashion older ones and heal the ones damaged by the weather. We have also made a big effort to clean, expand and make the property more friendly and accessible for pilgrims. Much of this year will be spent to make the grounds more accessible--AND OF COURSE JACK UP THE ALREADY INCREDIBLE VIBE.

Wednesday was incredibly hot in the mid 90⚬'s I found some amazing things, from more energy vortices, sacred stones, more powerful features of Mother Earth...... I guess I should not be surprised...but more and more is being revealed.

Spirit Keeper's stone. Here I am standing next to a sacred stone, in front of me to the right--covered with moss. Looking at it seems like no big deal, however it marks the high point in a Field of Consciousness--an unbelievable Stacked 12 (S12.) An S12 is when 12 FOC's are placed upon each other; the highest formation and rare. 

Because of its placement strategically over the high point in the FOC one has to assume that it was intentionally placed there and whoever created it knew what they were doing.  I believe it was created by a mystical group very intimate with Mother Earth's subtle body that I call Spirit Keepers. Amazing. This was an incredible find and adds to the other S12 at Gossamer and has it moving closer to being in the rarified company of Onondaga Lake and its sacred space.

 I found a vortex ring close to the sacred stone on the S12 and decided to create a stone circle around it to act as a splint and nurse it back to health. (I discuss vortex rings on pages 52-56 of Vortices and Spirals.) A water vein also begins in this area. Another indication that prayer, meditation, ritual, healing and good and loving thoughts/acts occurred here. Thanks to the great souls that did this, we hope that we can honor your spirit by adding to it.

I constructed a short entryway to the S12 and Vortex Ring.

 Another Spirit Keepers stone. This one marks a S8. Another find--the stone and the FOC. There were also several Manitou Stones and other sacred stones in the area. That whole area  close to the creek is loaded with all sorts of wonders.

Janice meditating on the highpoint of a FOC. It is the prayers, meditations, rituals, healings that raise the vibe of a space. Basically it jacks it up and enhances it. Very Nice. 

In the spirit and knowledge of the Spirit Keepers I marked the high point of all the FOC with large flat stones. It is my experience that they would at a minimum mark the high points with a stone, or stone mound; they would also place other stones in the area. I plan on adding more stones to this sacred area, hopefully several hundred more over the next few years.

We could use more meditators. If all you want to do is meditate for hours on end in such sacred space, please comment below and leave your contact information which I will take down after I contact you.

PS. People have been meditating in the energy vortex, what I call a natural vortex,  in the Spirit Keeper's Stone Circle and it has gotten even stronger. Kareen, Bill and I could feel it 10-15 feet away as we approached it. WOW!

Sacred Site Update---Gossamer Wood

Gossamer Wood in Canandaigua, NY continues to be closed and is only open for special events. We are in the process of raising money to purchase it and turn it into a sacred preserve for all to enjoy. You can donate to our effort at www.gossamerwood.org 

That said, we put in a new trail to connect the three trailheads on the property to make it easier for people to walk the trails in the future. On the following trail map the new trail cuts across close to the top. 

With the exception of one spot the new trail is about 30 feet from the border line of the property. We wanted to show respect to the new homeowners and believe that once leaves are up you will not be able to see the house. Several posted signs were put up to help ensure we don't violate their space.

A posted sign has been placed at the entryway on Cty Rte 28. We put several signs at the edge of the property. Several near the boundary line to tell people not to walk on the new homeowners property.

After crossing the bridge, which Bill Dewey built last fall (Well Done Bill), the trail scoots to the left.

Jaeda Bear is on the trail. It hugs the Spirit Keepers Circle which is on its left.  The Spirit Keepers circle is the largest stone circle at Gossamer and has a very positive to extremely positive vibe and contains a vortex. It sits on a stacked 12 Field of Consciousness. Very Nice!

When I walked around I found these old stones (from 10 years ago?) that were at the side of a tree. I moved them and others onto the trees close to a trail. Stones leaning on the side of a tree are always a good sign you are in a power spot.

Sacred Sites update Gossamer Wood, Keeper's Work

Yesterday a few of us gathered at Gossamer Wood for trail and Keeper's work. Here are some pictures

Peter and Mark standing by the drainage ditch Peter and I (Madis) dug. The overflow flooded  a big section of the northside of the property. As soon as we redirected the flow parts of the trail began drying. We hope this remedy works and keeps from soaking a section of the trail.

Looking upstream onto the farmer's field in the area of the cattails where the overflow begins from. Peter thinks there might be a spring there.

 The ditch we dug drains into the creek.

Mark spent the afternoon building a wooden walkway of logs he cut over a wet area near the Welcome Circle.

Brooke started marking a stone circle in the entryway area, but had to leave early because of her baby daughter.

Mark and I (Madis) finished the day working to heal the Tall Oaks area. Mark meditated in the vortex in the Spirit Keeper's stone circle.

Gossamer Wood Earth Healer's Gathering--Monday (4/30) between 11 AM and 5 PM

Note because of cold weather and snow we will be gathering on MONDAY 4/30/18

We will be gathering for Keepers work (spiritual cleaning, trail work, pickup, meditating….) at Gossamer Wood this MONDAY(4/30) at 11 AM. Please join us.

Remember you cannot park at the house. Please park at 2225 County Rte 28 Canandaigua  by the gas valves/fixtures and fence (see picture below.) Make sure to park close to each other so that we will be able to park 6-7 cars. We can move cars when people have to leave. You can also park on County Road 28, but do not straddle the white line. You can also park at Riser Rd if you are concerned about traffic.

I expect we will stay to around 5 PM. Come whenever you want between 11AM and 5 PM and stay as long as you want.

We gathered last Sunday and had a wonderful experience.

If  you are not interested in doing physical work and all you want to do is pray its okay. We don’t want to make people do what they don’t want to. We want to channel your interests and feed your knowledge.

Someone  will be visiting to plant some blue bells this week…. If anyone has access to yellow flag, or marsh marigolds (cowslip), or knows a farmer that has some please bring it to Gossamer.

TEntative plans Sunday—it will combine both physical work, earth healing and meditation.

• Continue to clean front area of trail
• make a stone circle in the entryway that people must walk through to enter Gossamer.
• Charge up the stone circle and meditate in it. This will be ongoing
• The Welcome circle had some deer hair and could use a boost of meditative love.
• Improve the drainage along the trail next to the field. Dig trenches.
• Chainsaw  trees that have fallen such as in the back
• Chainsaw—Cut up limbs into pieces to put on the trail in wet areas.
• Start the Earth Healing of the Tall Oaks
• Practice dowsing. Earth Healers need to learn how to dowse.
• We will also disscuss fund raising ideas and things to do as Gossamer. We will be having activities such as Forest Bathing, Group meditations/learning to sense our Mother, hand painting with elementals, energy healing sessions etc. at Gossamer. We want to raise some money, but more importantly get people involved so that they will tell others, who will tell others.. etc. A good experience at Gossamer can become contagious. if you have some ideas on things you would like to do speak up on Sunday.
• While many of the areas at Gossamer are marked we will marking those charged areas that are not.
• We may not get to all these, but at least we know what has to be done.

Please bring:

• Dowser’s L-Rods. If you don’t have a pair I will try and bring some along.   Instruction will be provided. We will be doing some dowsing.
• Seat Cushion to sit on,  You can get one at Dick’s has them on sale for $6.99 a steal.
