America's Southwest is Sweltering

I have been writing about the coming surge in Climate Migration for over a decade believing life would become unbearable in certain parts of the USA. Which will lead to higher homeowner's insurance, higher repair costs as higher temps will but stress on laborers. This will lead to climate migration north.

I say this because the temperature in America's southwest broke March record highs in several locations. Add that El Niño is coming this summer  much of the USA is going to sizzle. Many are already forecasting record heat this year.

When I think of record heat in the southwest I am reminded of CBS's David Pogues segment on climate change for Sunday morning of a woman using oven mittens to hold her steering wheel to drive her car.
