Grafton NYS Park, Hennig Preserve Surveys Part 5 Hennig Preserve

We got lost and it took us some time to get to Hennig Preserve. Because of this we got a late start and had to break early to make sure we got back to our cars before the sun set.

Our guide was Craig Wright who showed us around Sanders Preserve last year Survey of Sanders Preserve, Schenectady County, NY--Part I

Cylindrical Stone Mounds
There were lots of cylindrical shaped stone mounds at Hennig, but they were marking energy lines, compared to a particular type of energy formation at Grafton. This shows individuality and raises a host of questions like--did a different group of people construct them, is there some unifying principle why a cylindrical shape was used and I am missing something,...

In the picture above branches mark the energy line between two stone mounds.

Rock Figures
Some in our party felt that several rocks/boulders were in the shape of animals. See below and decide for yourself.

Pyramid Mound
Thanks to Craig Wright for finding the pyramid mound: a stone structure in the shape of a pyramid. It marks the intersection of ten or eleven Energy Lines. It is a pretty amazing stone structure that I have never seen before. It shows the creativity and individuality of the builders of the stone structures.

The Pyramid Mound

Branches mark some of the Energy Lines traversing the Pyramid Mound.

The branches mark a water vein emanating from the Pyramid Mound.

The water vein (an underground stream) forming underneath the Pyramid Mound tells me that it was used for sacred/loving purposes.

I  think  that there is much more discover at Hennig Preserve. I believe that there is a Field of Consciousness there, but unfortunately we had to leave because it was going to get dark soon.

Conclusion
It was to finally great to get out with Lorna and all her instruments. Her findings were interesting and corroborated my findings and work.

We will have to go back and take another look at both places. It would be nice to meditate and explore more of Grafton's area where the vibe was very positive.

All in all it was a great day.

Blessings,
madis

Mystical Experiences Can Work Wonders

This past Sunday 60 minutes had a wonderful segment on the potential benefits of taking hallucinogenics Psilocybin Sessions: Psychedelics could help people with addiction and anxiety. It noted the incredible results that have been achieved to cure anxiety and depression by taking psychedelic drugs.

Below is a YouTube video link to an interview with Roland Griffiths one of the lead researchers of the health benefits of hallucinogenics.

Mystical experiences can be a powerful tool to raise your consciousness and burn off some of your karma. So much so that I dedicated a whole chapter to them in  Everything Has Karma: Learning to Embrace Our Interconnectedness. Saying,
A mystical experience where your consciousness breaks momentarily free from the Earth Plane can be incredibly transformative and therapeutic. For a brief moment, you are not tethered to any of your circles. Some people have been radically transformed by a mystical experience. In your quest to break from the karma of others and raise your consciousness, having a mystical experience should be high on your list.
Rather than taking drugs to have a mystical experience I encourage you to turn to Mother Earth.

Two-thirds of North American birds are at increasing risk of extinction

The Audubon Society reported today that  two-thirds of North American birds are at increasing risk of extinction.
Audubon scientists took advantage of 140 million observations, recorded by birders and scientists, to describe where 604 North American bird species live today—an area known as their “range.” They then used the latest climate models to project how each species’s range will shift as climate change and other human impacts advance across the continent.
The results are clear: Birds will be forced to relocate to find favorable homes. And they may not survive.
The report has a great interactive device that allows you lookup and search various bird species and locations to see how they will fair.

Climate Change: Rising Seas Saltwater is Creating GHOST FORESTS

Rising seas because of climate change are increasingly beginning to wreak havoc on America's east coast, from tainting coastal freshwater aquifers with saltwater to killing forests and creating what are called "Ghost Forests."

Ghost Forests are being created because higher waters reduce the elevation between land and sea, making it easier for salt-water to seep in to shoreline soils. Salt kills trees, creating Ghost Forests. Sea-level driven land conversion and the formation of ghost forest

Several articles recently have focused on the problem of "Ghost Forests" created from rising seas because of melting ice. Here are a few links to some of them:

Warmest September on Record

The Copernicus Climate Change Service/ECMWF reported that:

In Europe, temperatures were above average over most of the continent, especially in the south and south-east. Below-average temperatures occurred over much of Norway and Sweden, and over the far east of the continent. Globally September 2019 was 0.57°C warmer than the average September from 1981-2010, making it the warmest September in our data record, virtually on a par with September 2016. Regions with most markedly above average temperatures include central and eastern USA, the Mongolian plateau and parts of the Arctic. Much below average temperatures were only recorded in a few regions, including southwestern Russia and parts of Antarctica.
