Serpent Mound (Ohio, Pennsylvania) Trip and Survey; Part 4

There are other earthen mounds in Chillicothe, as well as remenants of them. 

Story Mound is an Adena Burial Mound located on Delano Street near the corner of Cherokee in Chillicothe. 

Adena Mansion was the home to Thomas Worthington the sixth governor of Ohio. On the grounds was an Adena Mound which was leveled and is now a bump on Orange Street in Chillicothe. Below is a picture of the mound as it was being excavated.
