Survey--Delaware Counties' Stone Columns and more Part IV. Conclusion

Although there were no Energy Vortices, or a great vibe, clear signs of the sacredness of an  area, there was a bit of enchantment to the place. I kept leaving my staff behind as I moved about, forcing me to return to the previous area. Some would call this a memory issue, which it may well be; I took it as a bit of mischievous fun at my expense.

I was also directed to check out a stone formation as I tripped over it. Again, this may seem benign, but my experience has taught me to focus on such events. I remember finding Ley Lines by having my legs buckle when I walked over a charged one long before I was able to dowse them out with my dowsing rods.

The formation was three stones close to each other, forming a triangle of sorts.

They marked three Energy Lines. They were reminiscent of the three large stones marking Ley Lines (Spirit Lines) at High Tor in the Keepers Area Triangle of Stones & Mounds at South Hill (Hi Tor DEC Forest) in the Keepers Area

Particular Stone Structures, A Particular People

This is the fourth place I have found stone columns at, covering an area stretching from Chenango/Delaware County to the Hudson River:

Stone Structures--Hudson Valley/ Catskills Part 4 Stone Piles/Columns

Melondy Hill State Forest (SE Chenango County, NY), Part 3 Stone Columns

Ludlow Creek NYS DEC Forest, Chenango County, NY Survey, Part 1

People talk about an unknown ancient civilization, or one not recognized by archaeologists, that populated the Earth a long time ago. Others speak of an ancient seafaring people that built megaliths around the world.

There is also the theory of diffusion that postulates ancient people past along information and knowledge on their travels, possibly a seafaring people.

I don't know who constructed the stone columns, ancient culture or seafaring people. I do believe that a group of people, or one Earth Worker was responsible for the stone columns. It also speak to regionalism on how one person /group chooses to align stones to a particular formation compared to others,

There is also another element that adds a bit of mysterey to the stone columns--yellow orbs. Two of the four surveys with stone columns saw the appearance of a mysterious yellow orb in the pictures I took.

Return To Melondy and the Appearance of Another Yellow Orb

interesting.

Certainly someone had a penchant for stone conks, versus boulders, or large platform stones that are about one to two feet high and about  three of four feet in with and length, or a sunken are, or...

Survey--Delaware Counties' Stone Columns and more Part III The Stone Columns

I counted close to fifty stone columns; and I imagine I did not see all of them. There were two types of stone columns; the short ones and the tall ones. I am not sure whether the shorter ones were intentionally made shorter, or had their tops lopped off later.

The one good thing about the shorter stone columns was that they had a bit of a positive vibe, albeit weak, and limited to a few stone piles. If you are at all familiar with my work you know that I believe positive human intention enhances everything and makes it better. It's all about the vibe.

I imagine the shorter stone columns were able to retain a bit of their vibe because they blended into their surroundings--they were not eye candy, which attracts curiosity seekers, archaeological types, etc.--and not necessarily Indigenous people with their positive intentions, who would treat them in a sacred manner and perform ceremonies around them.

I did work to raise the vibe of several of the stone columns. Prayed around a few, and undertook other actions.

Several of the short stone columns were aligned with Manitou Stones, or other short stone columns.

I found two series of tall stone columns--both of which were aligned over an Energy Line. l mention this because I read some comments some place that people believed them to have been part of a fence, or even aligned to a star, or some astrological event. They clearly were intentionally located over an Energy Line.

The two series of stone columns provided a spectacular image to behold. I imagine before they fell to modernity and curiosity seekers it would have been electrifying to be near them. SAD. Still, I got pretty jacked up.

Above, the shorter alignment of six to eight stone columns was in good, but not great shape. Still, it was a sight to behold.

The other alignment (below) consisted of twenty-five to thirty tall stone columns in good, to very good, shape.

I imagine there are many more stone columns in the area. It was a hot day in the eighties with a bright sun. I stopped my survey.

Survey--Delaware Counties' Stone Columns and more Part II Manitou Stones

There were a few Manitou Stones on the property, but not an abundance of them. The picture below is of the largest one I found. My staff, marked in increments of one foot, showed it to be about three feet high. My dog Jaeda Bear is pictured next to the stone.

The side view of he Manitou Stone below shows it to be about two feet thick.

Below is a cluster of several Manitou Stones. The large stone in front looks like a Manitou Stone, but it is not.

I imagine the large stone embedded in front was placed there by a glacier a long time ago, or by some other Earth moving event.

The picture above was taken on the other side of the large stone. The two stones on the bottom left are Manitou Stones. Both have begun tilting. I imagine long ago the area between the two Manitous and the larger stone was electrified.

Survey--Delaware Counties' Stone Columns and more Part I

Last Thursday, April 13th, I took a drive south of Norwich, NY to Delaware County to do a survey of stone structures. I found an abundance of amazing stone work, as the picture below shows--particularly stone columns.

What is interesting about the stone columns is that they show a pattern, in that they mark a particular Energy Formation in a certain way; and are found in an area stretching from Chenango County (Melondy Hill) to the Hudson River in Ulster County (Stone Structures--Hudson Valley/ Catskills Part 4 Stone Piles/Columns ).

What does this mean?

I will explore that, and more in later posts.

Keeper's Work

Saturday after a long separation, I was able to visit a place I am a Keeper for. A place I have been taking care of for about two decades. A place I love very dearly.

It was a beautiful day in the low eighties, with plenty of sun.

Gone are the days when I would meditate for hours on a Field of Consciousness to jack-up the Lines of Consciousness (LOC, or what many call Ley Lines) emanating from the Field, knowing that they would carry a more potent dose of divine consciousness to the far corners of the world. Everything is better when we sprinkle it with a little love. Positive intentions, loving acts and prayer/meditation improve aspects of our Mother such as Fields of Consciousness, as well as stone structures and places/space.

I worked to raise the vibe of a powerful imprint that had once been an Energy Vortex, as I have been doing for some time. Sad to lose something that is probably thousands of years old. The imprint remains strong, but has not blossomed back into an Energy Vortex--yet.

Being a Keeper requires doing more than Earth Healing. Physical cleaning is also important, which means picking up litter like cans.

I also cleaned up a few area that had a negative vibe. I removed a dead tree trunk that had crushed smaller tree it had fallen on. No longer pinned to the ground the smaller tree immediately began rising.

I worked  to raise the vibe of two small stone structures that have been messed with for decades. Sad.

Being a Keeper means fussing over a space and treating it with reverence and most of all nourishing it with love.

It felt good to be with an old friend(the space) again.

Sea Rise Higher Than Expected--America's Gulf Coast and Southern Coasts Suffer

Recent studies show seas are rising at unprecedented rates along the Gulf Coast and sections of the Southeast coast---10 millimeters, or .4 inches a year. Per the report

While there is evidence for an acceleration in global mean sea level (MSL) since the 1960s, its detection at local levels has been hampered by the considerable influence of natural variability on the rate of MSL change. Here we report a MSL acceleration in tide gauge records along the U.S. Southeast and Gulf coasts that has led to rates (>10 mm yr−1 since 2010) that are unprecedented in at least 120 years.

Climate change is accelerating and we keep underestimating the rate of change. Sea rises have a snowball affect, as fresh water estuaries near the ocean are being salinated. Which means our deficiency of potable(drinkable) water is growing.

We Continue to Underestimate the Magnitude of Our Climate Crisis--Glaciers

We are, again, underestimating the effects of climate change. This  time it is how rapidly glaciers are  melting and how much sea levels will rise because of it.

A new study in Nature found that the retreating ground line of glaciers has been averaging 55 to 610 meters a day--much higher than previously thought. They also found that flat rocky surfaces, rather than  corrugated (rough/wavy) rock surfaces, allow for quicker glacier melt.

This again shows that, whatever we believe the rate of climate change to be, it is probably much higher.

You Cannot control Water--It Ultimately Prevails

I recently read Erica Giles' Water Always Wins, Thriving in An Age of Drought and Deluge. As a water dowser I am always interested to read about water. One thing I liked about the book was there was no grand plan on how we can all come together and solve our water crisis, and sing kumbaya.

As the title suggests, you cannot control water, because it will always win out and have its way in the end. Giles shows that we need to let go of our need to try and control water--because we cannot. She also shows how our effort to control water has damaged ecosystems; that Levees will always ultimately fail and create bigger problems

Giles even quotes the Bible on how mankind was given dominion over the Earth (Gen 1.26-28), saying we need to abandon this attitude. It reminded of Lynn White's classic essay over fifty years ago The Historical Roots of Our Ecological Crisis that  traced our ecological crisis back to the defeat of paganism by Christianity.

We need to set up solutions to work with the reality that we cannot control water. For example, I particularly liked her chapter on how beavers provide a release valve, or source to park water with their dams when there are surges that lead to flooding. Because of this she encourages repopulating both the countryside and even cities with beavers.

While she did not talk Viktor Schauberger, the Water Wizard, I thought she did a good job. I particularly liked Giles' attitude and approach of not not trying to control, and do as one pleases, rather,  GO WITH THE FLOW.
